Elikem Kumordzie reacts after KSM said no actor or actress makes money only from acting in Ghana

Elikem Kumordzie took to Instagram to react after KSM said no actor or actress makes money only from acting in Ghana.

Elikem Kumordzie remembered his past feud with legendary Kofi Adjorlolo after passing a similar incidence as KSM’s; ‘no actor or actress makes money only from acting in Ghana.’

KSM in an interview with Nkonkonsa said any actor or actress who claims to have made money from only acting in the country is deceiving Ghanaians.

He argued that acting in Ghana doesn’t pay lots of money, hence disclosing the actors or actress have a side job that they rely on to better their lives.

To him, to survive solely from acting is an impossible mission.

“When I see people in Ghana who say I am a professional actor or actress, that’s all I do; I say in your dreams man. And survive in Ghana? That all you’re doing is to act, no; It’s not possible! No way and that’s the only income is from acting in Ghana, no way”

In reaction, Elikem said when he said a similar thing, he was tagged as a disrespectful kid.

He wrote on his IG page;

“Hmm. Now let panyin and panyin do. Me, as I talk, they say I no dey respect. 😏”

Kofi Adjorlolo and Elikem Kumordzie clashed on Peace FM weeks ago and that caused the veteran actor to shed tears.

It all started when Mr Adjorlolo came out to cry that about 7 film producers owe him money and they have refused to pay.

He said this isn’t good at all as to how do they expect him to eat and be okay when they’re not paying him monies he rightfully deserved.

This caused other actors to come out and say that what Adjorlolo was saying is true. So movie producers must stop that bad behaviour and do the right thing.

Well, Elikem Kumordzie who’s also an actor and a Fashion designer didn’t agree with his colleagues.

According to him, it’s necessary for every actor or actress to have a side job doing so that they won’t depend entirely on monies from acting. So that in case they’re not paid, they can be okay enough not to come on social media and be ranting.

He also noted that actors must sign contracts with Movie producers concerning what they’ll be paid for their roles. So that when there’s a breach, they can do the needful to get their monies.

This has caused a lot of confusion.

So today, an Entertainment show on Peace FM invited Kofi Adjorlolo, Elikem Kumordzie, and Gloria Sarfo to hold discussions on this.

Some comments from Adjorlolo angered Elikem and this led to some verbal war. Thus, causing the veteran actor to cry.
