The Ashanti Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party, Mr. Bernard Antwi-Boasiako, has served notice to the leadership of the National Democratic Congress that they will come after their members if they start torching public facilities.
It would be recalled that the National Chairman of the National Democratic Congress, Samuel Ofosu-Ampofo, is being prosecuted by the state for allegedly inciting his party members to cause mayhem following a leaked tape in which he is allegedly heard inciting his party communicators to cause an upset within the system.
Following his advice, Ghanaians have witnessed kidnapping of young guys and burning of markets.
It is on this note that Mr. Bernard Antwi-Boasiako, warned on the Wontumi Morning Show that if the NDC should make the mistake of burning down any market, school or hospital, “we will visit NDC and chase them out of Ashanti region.”
The NPP Chairman known as Chairman Wontumi stated that members of the NDC should prepare to run away from the Ashanti region if such evil operations should be started there.
“We won’t permit them to bring evil to Ashanti region”, he said.
