Award-winning Ghanaian artiste, Gifty Osei fairly knows when Jesus Christ is coming back to establish his famous Kingdom on earth.
The Gospel singer said looking at what’s happening on social media lately, she firmly believes that the second coming of Christ is very near. In an interview on Cape Coast-based Kastle FM with Amansan Krakye, Empress Gifty as she affectionately called, advised the youth especially young ladies to move away from bad friends that will not impact on their lives positively.
She remarked, ‘Know the type of friends that you choose. There are some friends who’ll help you do the right thing and some will only Worsen your plight.
A friend that will tell you let’s go to the club or pub my sister move away from such people. It’s your destiny that you’re destroying and today the things which are happening on social media shows that the second coming of Christ is very close’, she added.
She further added on the Kastle Drive show, ‘My sister listening to me right now have a changge of mind and repent. Move away from such things, move away and accept Christ as your Lord and personal saviour and Christ will make you a new creation.’
Gifty also spoke about nudity on the same platform where she bluntly stated that any lady who shows her nakedness on social media means uncivilized and an abomination to the entire society.
She fumed, ‘Showing your nakedness or nude photos on social media doesn’t mean that you’re civilized. Your nakedness that you’ve shown and sent on social media will be there forever and the next generation will come and see your nudity.’
Empress Gifty recently had two nominations in the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards 2021 (VGMA22) in the Best Gospel Song of the Year and Best Gospel Artiste of the Year categories.
