Suspected grave looters have invaded Swin, a community in the Northern region.
Rainbow Radio’s Abubakar Nuhu reporting on the incident said, bodies buried by families, have been looted by the suspected grave looters.
He said a young man who was recently buried had some vital parts of his body including, the penis, tongue, and others removed.
He indicated that the incident infuriated the residents and family with fear and panic creeping in.
Traditional leaders in the community have also set up a task force in the area to prevent the looting of their graves.
Meanwhile, Abubakar says two other graves the looters attempted looting was unsuccessful.
It was unclear whether they took off on suspicion that they would be caught.
