Last Sunday the Ghanaian music industry was taken by storm when news went viral about the death of one of the country’s finest highlife artiste Kofi B.
The ‘Bantama Kofi Boakye’ hitmaker died in the early hours of Sunday after suffering from a heart attack after performing at a concert in Cape Coast.
As custom demands, his family has announced 16th February 2020 as a day to celebrate his one week and also to seat and find a suitable date for his burial.
It is common that most families will fix the observation rites exactly a week after the death of the person, however, the case of Kofi B is one of those exceptions.
This information was made public by the family’s spokesperson in an interview with Kweku Burundi on the mid-morning show of OMAN FM Tuesday morning.
