“[In August] Koeman told me I wasn’t in his plans. Then he said ‘If we don’t figure this out by tomorrow, you’re back in my plans,’” Luis Suarez has said in an interview with Cadena COPE.
“I saw then that the man [Koeman] had no personality. He wasn’t strong enough to tell me I’m not needed.
“The decision [to sell me] came from the board.”
