Former president and 2020 flagbearer of the largest opposition political party, National Democratic Congress (NDC) John Dramani Mahama has received massive reactions on social media after he stopped his Convoy to attend to motor accident victims.
John Dramani Mahama was traveling from his trip from Kumasi back to Accra and encountered two motor riders who have crashed and lying down helplessly.
He ordered his Convoy to stop and he stepped out and rushed to the accident victims. Both males whose identities were not known yet. John Dramani Mahama rushed to one of the victim who was almost dying and showed his resuscitation abilities.
John Dramani Mahama asked whether was still conscious and advised him to lie down. From the video, he was seen preparing a safe place for the victim who appeared motionless. John Dramani Mahama himself turned him on his back and unbuttoned the shirt of the victim to allow airways for him to breath.
The former president after ensuring the victim was breathing, he ordered his men to quickly call ambulance to come and pick them. Meanwhile, while John Dramani Mahama attended to save the one, his men also helped the other victim.
