Over the weekend, photos and videos of newly married couples went viral online and social media users were amazed at the age of the groom.
In the viral photos the groom looked three times the age of his beautiful bride yet he went ahead to marry her.
In one of the videos sighted, the couple were seen dancing to Rufftown records signee, Wendy Shay’s ‘Akokura’ song. Reacting to the videos some netizens pitied the man because to them he might pass out in a bid to please the young lady in the bedroom.
As they finally tied the knot, residents in the town hailed them and the couple were so excited to receive such a crowd with their hand in each other’s hand they beamed with smiles like any other couple do.
Speaking about the marriage of the 106-year-old and the 35-year-old lady, Gyan the son of the groom who is 51 revealed that her father has been with the lady for 12 years now and they have four kids together.
According to him his father wanted to do the needful because he has been with her for long with marrying her. Gyan noted that his father is a herbalist and a Cocoa farmer who is still strong regardless his age.
He stated he and his siblings have accepted the lady as their mother because their father is comfortable with her adding that their mom passed on in 1999.
