Manchester United’s summer could again be dominated by the future of Paul Pogba as a move away is again discussed.
The player’s agent went public in his desire to get the Frenchman a move elsewhere but rumours have since cooled.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has several areas of his squad that he is still looking to bolster.
A winger is on his shopping list with a move for Jadon Sancho potentially on the cards having failed to sign the Borussia Dortmund man last summer.
Solskjaer is also looking to purchase a centre-half and a striker as he aims to close the gap on neighbours Manchester City.
United failed to capture several of their targets last summer so will be aiming for more success this time round.
Here are the latest transfer rumours from Old Trafford.
Raiola talks Pogba swap
Mino Raiola has talked up a swap deal involving Pogba and Real Madrid’s Eden Hazard.
The Frenchman has been linked with a United exit after his agent went public in an effort to get the player out of Old Trafford.
Speculation has since calmed down, but Raiola insists a swap could happen if everyone was keen.
He told AS : “What if tomorrow Madrid want to do a swap, Hazard for Pogba. It’s just an example. And it all four parties like it, why not?”
Cavani choice coming
Edinson Cavani is set to choose between United and Boca Juniors in the coming days, reports Ole .
The striker has the option to extend his Red Devils contract by a further season, but has been linked with a summer exit.
Cavani’s father claimed earlier this season that his son was unhappy in Manchester and wanted to return to South America.
Solskjaer has been vocal in his desire to keep hold of the Uruguayan.
Sancho makes demand
Liverpool have also been linked with Sancho, a long time United target.
However the winger has made it clear that he will only be moving to a team that is playing in the Champions League, reports Bild.
The Reds could miss out on the top four which could hamper their transfer ambitions and give United, and others, the upper hand.
