Most physically challenged people are seen on streets begging for money in almost every country especially in developing countries like Ghana.

Some of these people may either be blind, deaf, dumb, crippled, amputee and so on, who mostly turn to beggars.

In a post shared on twitter by one ‘Dr. Penking, a physically challenged man was seen working as a shoe maker.

He neither depended on people from the street nor any relative for survival.

Instead he decided to make his own ends meet.
