Lionel Messi’s staggering salary details have been revealed following his agreement to join French giants Paris Saint-Germain on a two-year deal, according to the Telegraph.
As he completes his move to the French Ligue 1 giants, he will remain the highest-paid player in the world. Several outlets are reporting that Messi will earn around €31.5 million per season, which will eventually drop to around €25 million after taxes.
He is expected to sign a two-year contract with a third-year option, earning a staggering €75 million over the first two years, plus a €25 million signing bonus.
