
The National Science and Math Quiz competition ended up yesterday with the victory of the PRESEC Legon boys having their upper hand throughout the 5 rounds and eventually winning the competition.
The team of PRESEC led by the excellent Daniel Gakpetor has overcome their opponents i.e Adisadel College and Opoku Ware.
At the end of the event, the family of the excellent boy made some interesting revelation on their son.
The father who is a pastor in his submission reiterated the fact that the boy has “a strong spirit“ which was also confirmed by the mother emphasizing on the fact that throughout the competition, their ward always remained calm, even in tough situation.
The father praised the Lord for how great he has taken their ward so far and advised parents to commit their children into the hand of the Lord for great moment like what they witnessed yesterday.
In a video available to Adwoaadubianews.com, the mother of the brilliant student who led his school to win the National Science Quiz for the 6th time at the end of the final contest revealed that:
at age 5, Daniel was first in his class and when we asked him what to offer him, he requested for story books as gift, at 7 he could use laptop to conduct research

According to the mother, Gakpetor was gifted a computer at the age of 7 as a birthday gift and anytime he arrives at home from school, he asks for an internet modem to conduct research.
Gakpetor after he was asked to give his comment on his parents who came to watch him as a contestant and battling the other two top schools revealed saying:
thank you for all the supports and everything they have done for him.
