A Ghanaian man based in Norway, Charles Asare, has sadly narrated how his girlfriend cheated on him after he secured her a visa.
Asare invited his Ghanaian based girlfriend to join him abroad after falling in love with her.
However, after getting everything done to get her a visa, he discovered she was cheating on him with another man.
By then, they had already gotten married to enable her get the visa.
Asare narrated his nightmare story to SVTV Africa in an interview.
He revealed that he started dating a lady in Ghana and in order to enhance their relationship, he invited her to come over for a visit to Norway.
“I invited her, and she stayed here for about three months. We’d gone shopping and all, but I got a hint that she was cheating. So I came to Ghana and found her in another man’s house.” he said.
He added: “We had a fake marriage just for her to get a visa. Later we took the marriage certificate to the foreign affairs and made it official here. We broke up the same year we did all these proceedings.”
According to Asare, his ‘fake wife’/girlfriend now wants him to pay her or allow her to fly to Norway before agreeing to sign her divorce papers.
