Ghanaian musician Nero X smiles confidently as he talks about his journey and persistence in music.

Ghanaian musician Nero X has revealed that his father, who once disapproved of his decision to pursue secular music, is now one of his biggest fans.

Speaking on Kay FM, the Osey hitmaker shared that his father initially discouraged him from taking music seriously but later changed his mind after witnessing his talent and determination.

My dad wasn’t in support of my music at first, but after I won my first music reality show in Accra, he believed in me and became my number one supporter,” Nero X said.

He added that music runs deep in his family. “My mom, dad, and siblings all love music, but I’m the only one who made it a profession,” he stated.

According to him, his father’s eventual support motivated him to push harder and build a name for himself in Ghana’s music industry.
