President Akufo-Addo has for the fourth consecutive time selected Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia as his running mate ahead of the 2020 December elections.
Beaming with smiles as he introduced Alhaji Dr Mahamamudu Bawumia as his Vice-Presidential candidate, President Akufo Addo said “ The rules of the electoral commission and the constitution of our country require that at the time of filing my nomination, I should indicate my identity of my running who will be the vice president of the republic”
“With your endorsement, the party will complete its presidential ticket, a feat that appears to elude some of our opponents,”
Dr Bawumia was the running mate of President Akufo-Addo in the 2008, 2012 and 2016 general election.
