Gospel musician Perez Musik has disclosed that he is open to collaborating with Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy if only their songs promote positivity and a godly message.
He explained that even during his days as a secular artist, he was very particular about the kind of songs he recorded and the message they carried. According to him, music is a powerful tool that can influence people’s minds and should be used to inspire and uplift.
Perez noted that as a Christian, his priority is to share meaningful and life-changing messages through music. For that reason, he would gladly feature on a song with any secular musician if the lyrics align with his values and purpose.
He stressed that his decision is not based on fame or exposure but on the impact the song would have on listeners. To him, music must speak life, hope, and transformation regardless of the genre or who performs it.
Perez also referenced that in biblical times, God called people from all walks of life, including those considered worldly. He believes the modern church has limited God’s ability to use anyone, forgetting that God can transform and work through anyone to fulfill His purpose.
