PHOTOS: Saturday’s Heavy Rains Washed Away Cars And Houses In Kasoa

Yesterday, 10th October 2020 it rained heavily in many parts of Accra for about 3 or more hours which has led to many places getting flooded as always.

Though some areas in Accra may have encountered some sort of flood, that of Kasoa is beyond. A photo sighted on social media has cars being washed away by the heavy downpour whilst houses get drowned by the flood.

Year in year out people lose their lives and properties to heavy rains but enough hasn’t been done by authorites to put a stop to it.

Rains in Accra can be likened to a bad omen owing to the destruction it causes.
