Player beats up female referee in Ghana league game.
A Ghanaian female referee Faizatu Jakpa has been assaulted by a player during a football match in Ashanti Region, Kumasi.
According to a report by ghpage.com, the referee was attacked and beaten up by a player of the Fabulous Ladies in the Ghana women’s league match between Fabulous Ladies and Kumasi Sports Academy.
A misunderstanding ensued during the match and before the referee could say jack, she received the beatings of her life.
