FrimpongControversial lawyer, Maurice Ampaw has indicated that couples who shout more during love making in their rooms constitutes sexual offence which is unlawful and punishable by law.
According to Lawyer Maurice Ampaw, shouting or excessive screaming during love making disrupts neighbors near and far as a whole which can lead to people having sexual tendencies.
He noted that both parties who want to have sex must agree on, however if a man cunningly have his way with the woman without being straight forward about it, it constitutes rape.
He added that most men deceive ladies by promising them one thing or the other before sex but fail to honor their promises after sex which is also another form of rape.
He therefore made it clear to men who wants to have sex with women to be straight forward about it, thus where both parties agree on anything and also make it a point to honor their promises to women after the sexual encounters because one can be charged for rape for deliberately deceiving a woman to have sex with.
Lawyer Maurice Ampaw made this revelation on UTV showbiz while contributing to a discussion on what constitutes rape as stipulated by the law.
