US-based Ghanaian musician, Showboy has splashed over $10,000 on a brand-new Rolex wristwatch while sitting in prison.

The convicted musician shared this on his verified social media handle on the popular social media platform, Instagram.

Sharing some photos, he wrote;

“CONGRATS TO MYSELF .. HAD TO MAKE IT RIGHT FOR AMG. ….. SPENT $10,617 on a NEW ROLEX FROM ICE BOX … WE DEY TOGETHER …IF U DISGRACE ONE ..U DISGRACE US ALL … I DO IT FOR GHANA THOU … NOT EVERY GHANAIAN ARTIST SHOWCASE FAKE LIFESTYLE ….. EVERYTIN GOING TO OKAY … .. MDK FOCUS AND GIVE US HIT SONGS ..LEAVE THE LIFESTYLE FOR ADANKO .. AM STILL ALIVE ….THEY WILL RESPECT US #FREE SHOWBOY.”

In an earlier post he made, he also added his voice to the conviction of Akuapem Poloo after she shared a nude photo with her son on his birthday.

He called on the court to free Akuapem Poloo for the sake of her son. He pleaded that the socialite is freed and not separated from her 7-year-old son.

He said that Akuapem Poloo’s action was not intentional, adding that if the court decides to separate a hardworking single mother like Akuapem Poloo from her son, that would be the greatest punishment ever.

Showboy who is currently in prison in the United State of America for murder said that he wouldn’t wish for anyone to be jailed because the mental stress that comes with it is unbearable.

He believes that Akuapem Poloo does not deserve any sentence the court issues to and said that anyone who rejoices over her verdict is a fool.
