Gospel Artiste Patience Nyarko says Ghanaians should stop hyping her colleague Joe Mettle because he only sings Pentecost and Methodist Hymns.
The artiste in an interview with Christian Agyei Frimpong on Onua FM‘s Anigye Mmre show on Saturday, May 16, while speaking on why Gospel music was not penetrating in the international market said Ghanaians are over hyping Joe Mettle and that is giving the Young Man unnecessary Pressure and Leading him into trouble .
Patience Nyarko revealed that, even though there are so many of them doing so well in the Gospel industry, all the attention have been focused on Joe Mettle.
”How many English songs has Joe Mettle composed in this country? Let the Church of Pentecost and Methodist Church come out with a directive that no musician should sing their songs, I tell you he will fall, he has not reached anywhere “
