The decomposed body of the 14 year old girl- Akua Bogge, was found yesterday by the rescue team. The body of the 14 year old girl has already started to be affected by maggots.
The dead body was found hidden in the midst of some plants on the bank of a river at Atakwa in Agona Swederu.
The body was then wrapped in a black polythene and was carried on an iron sheet for investigation to be done.
Speaking to Graphic Online, Sergeant Patrick Asante who is the police investigator for the case, he said that the Doctor who studies the effect and causes of diseases at the Swedru Government Hospital took a medical test of the body and later was buried. But the burial of the teenager went under rituals by the Swedru Council of chiefs before it was finally buried.
With some investigation made, the young girl was pushed into a river together with her fiancee.
