A Ghanaian man who recently gained notoriety online for threatening U.S.-based journalist Kevin Taylor has resurfaced in another viral video, this time making dangerous and inflammatory remarks targeting Nigerian nationals.

In the footage, he encourages Ghanaians to arm themselves, whether with locally made or imported weapons, and take violent action against any Nigerian they encounter. He claims that the country is no longer secure and insists that individuals must protect themselves by any means, including lethal force.

He further suggests that if law enforcement questions anyone about possessing a weapon, they should justify it as self-defense. The man also directs his incitement specifically at residents of Kumasi, urging them to be aggressive toward any Nigerian they meet under suspicious circumstances.

The video has sparked outrage online, with many calling for immediate investigation and legal action. Authorities are yet to comment on the resurfacing of the man or the content of his latest video.
