Akon has shared a controversial post on social media that has captured much attention. 

In this new tweet the singer shared on Twitter- the ‘Lonely’ crooner opined that smartphone has revolutionalized and redefined the way we live in modern times.

Beyond that, he said the situation has created stupid people all over.

According to him, while phones are getting smarter each day, the reverse is the case for most people, as they are getting dumber.

He took to Twitter and wrote;

We live in the era of smart phones and stup!d people.
