Executive Director of the Alliance for Social Equity and Public Accountability (ASEPA), Mensah Thompson, has questioned the National Democratic Congress’ (NDC’s) failure to bring to court the biostatistician who was contracted after the election to point out the shortfalls in the declaration made by Jean Mensah on December 9, 2021.
According to him, the NDC and John Dramani Mahama after contracting a biostatistician failed to present the individual in court to help make their case rich; a move which he describes as shocking and worrying.
He said “After the elections, you contracted a biostatistician to do some analysis on the election results for you. He made several discoveries which featured in a viral video that got everyone questioning the integrity of the elections based how basic his presentation was.
Fast forward a few weeks later, you went to Court and out of the 5 witnesses you chose to submit to the Court, none included the biostatistician who you contracted to work on the election results analysis.
Wait, I thought millions of cedis was spent camping people at the party HQ to do some work on the infractions on the 2020 election results? Where is their output? What did they find? Where is their report?”
John Dramani Mahama’s legal team has suffered several set backs after several applications filed in court have been unanimously dismissed by the bench.
