Davido’s mobile phone was nearly stolen and had to fight his way through in order to keep it safe.
Yesterday, a viral video which trended in Ghanaian media circles pointed out that Davido smashed a fan’s phone while he attempted to take pictures with him.
In the video, Davido was leaving the premises of Oasis Lounge where he went to club with his crew — two days ago.
As expected, a lot of people were screaming his name while people close to him tried to take videos and selfies obviously for some bragging rights on social media.
One fan came from the back forcing himself through the crowd just to have a selfie with the ‘Assurance’ hitmaker.
To his disappointment, Davido smashed his phone unto the floor.

According to a confirmed report received by Adwoaadubianews.com from the camp of the 30BG, his phone was about to be stolen when his fan attempted to take a selfie with him.
He had to smash the selfie phone being used as bait to rob him in order to safeguard his mobile phone.
