According to the report, the woman from Anomangye, Kumasi held the hand of her son, moved him from her home to Abrepo.
She was said to have brought a sack with her, which many assumed contained food, water, and other necessities.
But upon arrival at Abrepo near a big gutter, people near by heard a loud voice of a child crying when his mother had wanted to push him into the pit but he also held her firmly.
People who arrived at the scene asked the woman about her son’s crying, and the child gave indications that his mother was trying to kill him.
When questioned by the police, the woman just said, “you people don’t know,” suggesting that she was under the influence of a spirit, similar to Abraham and Isaac in the Bible
The woman is in the custody of the police for further investigations.
