A woman lost her temper and engaged in a heated argument with a man on the street after he allegedly referred to her as “Obolo tui,” a local slang used to describe a fat or chubby person.
In a video circulating on social media, the woman is seen visibly angry as she confronts the man over the comment. Bystanders could be heard pleading with her to calm down and let the issue go, but she continued to voice her frustration.
Eyewitnesses say the man appeared unapologetic, further provoking the woman, who insisted that the insult was disrespectful and body-shaming. The altercation drew attention from onlookers, some of whom tried to mediate while others recorded the scene.
The incident has since sparked discussions online about body shaming and respect in public spaces, with many condemning the man’s comment as insensitive.
