Actor and politician John Dumelo has gotten the shock of his life after revelation that he was a target of assassination during the 2019 by-election in Ayawaso Constituency.
According to the man, he had information about a plot to kill John Dumelo and he informed the people around him.
He went on to say that John should thank God everyday because he’s been very lucky that his life has been spared.
‘You should always thank God that you were not killed during Ayawaso by-election because you were a target and I even informed people about after we were attacked during the bye-election,’ he wrote.
This comes after John Dumelo revealed on social media that he hopes he would be able to demonstrate one day without anybody shooting to kill him.
However, a man shot down his hopes as he alleged he has been targeted to be killed before so he should thank his stars that he escaped death.
Fix The Country protest has taken a sharp dive in the wrong path as some campaigners have already lost their precious lives. Ibrahim Mohammed aka Macho Kaaka has been beaten to death in Ejura after a mob attacked him on June 26th 2021.
Following his death, Ejura went chaotic after friends who went for his burial hit the street to demonstrate. Both the police and the military clashed and it resulted in the death of 3 people plus several others injured.
That has caused fear and panic among Fix The Country campaigners as they ‘fear for their lives.
