Ghanaian musician Nero X has expressed his deep admiration for President John Dramani Mahama, saying he wishes the current president could continue leading Ghana for the next 30 years if the law allowed it.
Speaking in an interview, the Osey hitmaker said even members of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) quietly acknowledge President Mahama’s remarkable leadership. “If I had the power, I would wish for President Mahama to be president for the next 30 years. Even the NPP knows this, but the law won’t allow it,” Nero X stated.
He described President Mahama as a gift to Ghana, whose developmental efforts and leadership style have earned respect beyond the country’s borders. “The good works of John Mahama have extended beyond Ghana. Even in Nigeria, people admire his competence as president,” he revealed.
Nero X further noted that although Mahama couldn’t complete all his projects during his earlier term, his current administration has been exceptional. “His second term has been amazing, and we can all testify to that,” he added.
The musician’s comments have since sparked discussion among fans and political observers, with many commending him for acknowledging the president’s achievements and positive impact.
