Controversial Ghanaian media personality, Valentina Nana Afia Agyeiwaa, popularly known as ‘Afia Schwarzenegger’ who once called Mahama ‘irreplaceable’ has now, asked Ghanaians to place their faith in Akufo-Addo come December 2020.
In a video posted on social media, Afia Schwarzenegger pleaded with Ghanaians to vote for the ruling New Patriotic Party for a good work done.
She explained that even thou she is a big fun of former president John Dramani Mahama and wish he comes back to power, the NPP policies are good and deserves another term.
Afia explaining further indicated that the most popular of the Akufo-Addo government’s achievement, free SHS has put money in the pocket of some parents.
“If my children has benefited from free SHS, then we have to vote four years more for President Akufo Addo and the NPP so others can also benefit”
According to the Finance Ministry, the policy, in its three year of implementation, has saved parents an estimated 2.2 billion cedis.
Afia Schwarzenegger also listed other freebies given out by the government in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic such as free water for six months and slashes in electricity bills.
