The National Democratic Congress of the Ajumako Enyan Essiam Constituency has come out to debunk allegations leveled against the Member of Parliament Hon. Cassiel Ato Forson by the Gomoa East NPP Organizer.
The group responding to what it called “a misleading story orchestrated by the deceitful NPP and their media cabal” said the main thrust of the allegations by the NPP in Gomoa East constituency is in connection with bussing of non-residents into the constituency by the NDC’s hardworking MP, Hon. Cassiel Ato Forson.
According to them, the story in circulation is false and must be treated with the contempt it deserves.
The group added that attempt by the NPP is to tarnish the hard earned reputation of their noble Cassiel Ato Baah Forson but as Christians, they are satisfied by the words in the Holy Bible that “who jah bless no one curse”.
The group told the media in a press conference that “we are shocked at the news and its intended purpose. In the said fabricated story in circulation, the NPP’s Gomoa East constituency organiser says that our loved MP is bussing people because he is sensing defeat in the upcoming Elections due to his poor performance. Really? This is quite unfortunate though”
The group therefore issued a 24-hour ultimatum to the Gomoa East constituency organiser to provide evidence to his claims or use the same opportunity to apologize else sue him for defamation.

ESSIAM,HON.CASSIEL ATO FORSON ON SOME FRIVOLOUS BUSSING
ALLEGATIONS
Ladies and gentlemen of the media, good morning! We have invited you here this
morning to respond to a misleading story orchestrated by the deceitful NPP and
their media cabal. The main thrust of the allegations by the NPP in Gomoa East
constituency is in connection with bussing of non-residents into the constituency
by the NDC’s hardworking MP, Hon. Cassiel Ato Forson. Ladies and gentlemen,
we wish to state with no equivocation that the story in circulation is false and must
be treated with the contempt it deserves.
This attempt by the NPP is to tarnish the
hard earned reputation of our noble Cassiel Ato Baah Forson but as Christians, we
are satisfied by the words in the Holy Bible that “who jah bless no one curse”.
Ladies and Gentlemen, we are shocked at the news and it’s intended purpose. In the
said fabricated story in circulation, the NPP’s Gomoa East constituency organiser
says that our loved MP is bussing people because he is sensing defeat in the
upcoming Elections due to his poor performance. Really?. This is quite unfortunate
though.
However, we wish to reiterate that the performance of Hon. Cassiel Ato
Forson in the Ajumako Enyan Essiam has crossed the borders of both constituency
and the region and for that matter every right thinking person would will never buy
into such a cheap propaganda machination.
Friends from the media, We want to charge Gomoa East constituency organiser to
mention two MPs in central region who have performed better than our MP that he
will even engage in bussing of nonresidents into the constituency?. Can he even
get the gut to mention the name of his MP as one of the performing MPs in central
region?As a party, we are not and will not engage in bussing of non residents into the
constituency. However, we are rather preventing the npp in engaging in such
unconstitutional acts.
We want to put on record that our MP has never organized
any meeting with residents of the said community in Gomoa East and we have
never tasked or assigned anybody as a party to do that business on behalf of the
MP. As a law abiding political party, we can only be blamed of maybe helping
some of the Members of Friends of Ato Forson fun club from their place of
residence outside Ajumako into their indigenous communities.
The incoherence in the reportage is even mind boggling .That, our member of
parliament, Hon Ato forson will give two thousand Ghana cedis (Ghc2000) to
every eligible voter after voting is the most laughable aspect of the whole
fabrication. The NDC in Ajumako Enyan Esiam constituency are focused in
fighting relentlessly to maintain our hardworking MP and win more votes for H. E.
John Dramani Mahama in the upcoming elections.
As a party, we are determined in rescuing the suffering Ghanaians from the current hardship and some of these
distractions from the NPP cannot sway us into their traps. We, however, want to
appeal to all of you here to enter into the various communities and interview the
residents and you would appreciate the fact that some of these unnecessary bussing
of foreigners into the constituency is nothing to us as the NPP in Ajumako Enyan
Essiam is busily doing it.
Ladies and gentlemen, we are very disappointed in some of your media stations.
Next time when some of these malicious publications are made against a hard-
working gentleman like Hon. Ato forson, try and ascertain the facts or call us for
our side of the story before you finally make the reportage. As of last night, none
of our party executives has been called for our side of the story and we think that is
not an ideal journalism . However, now that you are aware the story was just
fabricated to slur our image as a political party, we want to beseech you to educate
the general public on the truth
.
It is so interesting to see the New Patriotic Party who’s government is a complete
and total catastrophe, the worst, most corrupt and inept, now loudly and viciously
telling the good people of Ghana and for that matter Ajumako Enyan Essiam how
their God sent Member of parliament is. Our Member Of Parliament, Hon. Cassiel
Ato Forson who has served his people with love and respect is too annointed to be
destroyed by mere mortals. Our anointed MP is loved by the good people of
Ajumako Enyan Essiam and nothing can stop his victory come December 7.
Finally, we want to give a 24 hour ultimatum to the Gomoa East constituency
organiser to provide evidence to his claims or use the same opportunity to
apologize else we will sue him for defamation. Again, we want to serve a 24 hour
ultimatum to multimedia and their reporter, Kofi Agyei to apologize to Hon.
Cassiel Ato Forson and the NDC for airing such a misleading story without finding
out the authenticity from either the MP or any of the constituency executive
members. Failure to do so, we will equally sue them for their unprofessional
journalism.
Friends of the media, ladies and gentlemen, we want to use this medium to assure
the good people of Ghana and for that matter Ajumako Enyan Essiam that our
hardworking MP will continue to serve them with love and respect and nothing can
stop him from doing that.
