Students of St. Paul Technical School (SPATS) in Kukurantumi in the Eastern Region have allegedly attacked the matron of the school.
The angry students attacked the matron(name withheld) after they spotted her attempting to cart foodstuffs meant for them from the school’s store.
The taxi cab with registration number As 3074-15 was surrounded by the students who deflated all its four tires.
Nine buckets of groundnut paste, one bag of millet, four boxed of tin tomatoes, three bags of rice, three bags of flour, two bags of sugar and One jerry can of cooking oil were found at the back of the taxi.
One suspect is in police custody assisting in investigations but the matron is currently on the run.
