A secret videotape going viral on social media has caught Kennedy Agyapong speaking with an unknown individual, believed to be the person behind the tape.
The videotape which was shared on social media platform Twitter by US-based Ghanaian journalist, Kevin Taylor, shows Ken Agyapong boasting about following Anas from station to station to deflate the widely publicized No 12 investigation.
During the discussion in the tape, the MP seems to brag about cornering award-winning investigative journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas and intimidated him.
In the course of the recording, the MP and entrepreneur claims that he has a direct line to the President to attack Anas Aremeyaw Anas and make his work ineffective.
The statements made by Ken Agyapong indicate that President Akufo-Addo’s diplomatic posture about the targeting of journalists may have been nothing but a publicity stunt.
