The official draw for the tournament was held on Friday, November 22, 2024, at the Mohammed VI Complex in Morocco, unveiling the matchups for the 13th edition of Africa’s premier women’s football competition. The tournament is scheduled to take place from July 5 to July 26, 2025.
Group C stands out as one of the most competitive groups in the tournament. Ghana’s Black Queens will face South Africa, who clinched their maiden WAFCON title in 2022 on Moroccan soil, marking them as a team to beat.
