CCTV footage has captured two scrap dealers in the act of ripping out copper pipes from an air-conditioning unit. The incident reportedly happened in a commercial area, shocking property owners nearby.
The footage shows the two men working swiftly as one dismantled the unit while the other kept watch. Within minutes, they pulled out the copper pipes and fled with their loot.
Residents say cases of such theft have been increasing recently, leaving many worried about the safety of their property. They have called on authorities to step up patrols in the area.
Police say investigations are underway to identify and arrest the suspects seen in the footage. The stolen pipes are believed to have been sold to scrap dealers for quick cash.
