FrimpongWisa Greid explained in an interview with Accra-based media house that he feels like repeating what he did on stage some time ago.
The musician again, disclosed that he has no regrets for showing his manhood and has no regrets for what happened some time ago.
Wisa Greid further explained that the infamous exposure of his manhood on stage was well planned, and that he did not do it spontaneously.
The exposure of my manhood was planned and I have no regrets about that. I feel like repeating the incident. I will not hesitate since I don’t want to be limited or restricted”, Wisa Greid further reiterated.
The musician continued to explained that he is restrategising to come back strongly since he has been down abit after his exit from his former label and his court issues with the State.
On the issue of the effect of the exposure of his manhood, Wisa Greid stated during that interview that he has lost deals and huge some of monies out of that incident.
He however added that he will not be at the losing side anymore because he is living his life to the fullest without any trouble.
Wisa is currently working hard in promoting his newly released song, featuring Fameye with the “show something”.
On December 2015, Wisa Greid exposed his manhood during his stage performance at the Accra International Conference Centre.
This called for public reaction and subsequent arrest for gross indecency.
On April 3, 2019, an Accra Circuit Court has fined Ghanaian artiste, Eugene Ashie popularly known as Wisa Greid, an amount of Gh¢8,400 with a default sentence of 24 months for gross indecency.
The court presided over by Mrs. Abena Oppong Adjin-Doku established that there were inconsistencies in the police statement and the account Wisa gave during the trial.
According to the judgement by the court, Wisa admitted to showing his penis on stage in his initial statement to the police.
At the court, Wisa Greid averred that the supposed manhood displayed at the stage was a dildo, and that he did not intend to show his manhood.
The court found him guilty of gross indecency during his performance at the ‘Decemba 2 Rememba’ concert at the Accra International Conference on December 24, 2015.
The court ruled that the Accra International Conference Center was a public place thus found Wisa Greid guilty of the offence and sentenced him accordingly.
