AdubianewsKen Ofori-Atta has officially requested to engage the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) via a virtual session, citing health complications that prevent him from appearing in person.
His legal representative, Frank Davies, confirmed this. Davies stated that Ofori-Atta is unwell and has submitted medical documents to the OSP to support the request. He also noted that the matter has been brought to the attention of the Human Rights Court.
The former Finance Minister was expected to appear before the OSP on Monday, June 2, 2025, but his legal team is now asking for the session to be held virtually due to his condition.
The OSP has not yet responded to the request.
