The New Patriotic Party (NPP) coordinator for Akwatia has issued a strong caution to both the NPP and the National Democratic Congress (NDC), urging politicians to avoid using spiritual means such as juju in the quest for political power. The warning follows the sudden death of Akwatia Member of Parliament, Hon. Ernest Kumi.
The coordinator emphasized the need for parties to embrace electoral results and avoid resorting to superstitious practices that could harm lives or undermine the democratic process. He encouraged a renewed commitment to peaceful politics driven by ideas and development, not spiritual warfare.
