Today the member of parliament for Asunafo North Constituency and the deputy minister designate of Youth and Sports, Hon Evans Opoku Bobie will be undergoing vetting in parliament.
In a post on his social media pages, the deputy minister designate-youth and sports have reached the parliament, all set to undergo the vetting process.
It will interest you to know that, the first ever to happen this year, the Paramount Chiefs of Goaso Traditional Council, Mim Traditional Council and other Traditional Rulers jointly stormed parliament to give massive support to Hon Evans Opoku Bobie.
The paramount Chiefs of the Bono Region since the beginning of the elections showed massive support to the member of parliament till he emerged victorious. They have promised to support him throughout his journey in politics.
Hon Evans Opoku Bobie has been described as one of the most humble members of parliament the Constituency has ever had. According to members of Asunafo North Constituency, his humility and hard work is unparalleled and hence the massive support for his journey.
The chiefs also hope that when they support Hon Evans Opoku Bobie to pass the vetting as the deputy minister, development in the community will increase compared to being only MP.
