Charles Nii Armah Mensah, famed as Shatta Wale has finally opened up about the Asaase Sound Clash between himself and Stonebwoy on September 12, 2020.
During a radio interview with Sammy Flex on Zylofon FM, Shatta Wale indicated that portions of the lyrical battle between himself and Stonebwoy were planned.
Shatta Wale revealed that it was Stonebwoy who asked to be called “apakye” on stage because the Sobolo hitmaker had also agreed to call Shatta Wale Gbee Nabu.
While granting the interview, Shatta Wale indicated that he had a long conversation with Stonebwoy before they even started the show.
The Taking Over hitmaker however said while on stage, Stonebwoy got somewhat emotional and it destroyed the script they had rehearsed earlier.
