The pair aren’t in Solskjaer’s plans

Nemanja Matic and Marcos Rojo have both been told they can leave Manchester United in January, reports the Mirror.

Matic is wanted by two Premier League sides, while Rojo is attracting interest from several clubs overseas.

Radu’s agent denies early Inter return
Andrei Radu will see out his season-long loan with Genoa, according to his agent.

Speaking to FC Inter News, Oscar Damiani stressed Radu won’t be returning to parent club Inter in January despite rumours to the contrary.

“The boy is playing regularly and doing well for Genoa,” Damiani said.

“It wouldn’t make much sense to move him to January. He will stay in Liguria.”

Marseille interested in Napoli’s Ghoulam
Napoli left-back Faouzi Ghoulam is wanted by Marseille, according to La Repubblica via Football Italia.

Gennaro Gattuso is reportedly keen to bring in a new left-back at Napoli in January with Marseiile eager to land the Algerian in return.

Ghoulam moved to Naples in 2014 and has struggled to secure regular game time after an ACL injury two seasons ago.

Ancelotti wants Egan as first Everton transfer

New Everton manager Carlo Ancelotti wants to sign Sheffield United defender John Egan in January, reports the Mirror.

The centre-back has impressed for the Blades this season and the Toffees see him as ideal man to strengthen their own backline.

Everton believe they can convince Egan to make the mid-season move as Ancelotti looks to turn the club’s season around.

Arsenal want Man Utd prodigy

Manchester United’s 15-year-old midfielder Omari Forson has emerged as a target for Arsenal, according to the Daily Mail.

Forson only joined the Red Devils from Tottenham in January 2019 and has already gone on to play for United’s U18’s side despite his young age.

The Gunners are understandably interested in the luring the teenager away as the club look shake up their approach to recruitment.

Man City defender wanted by Valencia

The Spanish club are eager to strengthen their defence

Valencia have identified Manchester City right-back Joao Cancelo as their top priority to sign in January, reports AS.

The La Liga club are keen to secure an initial loan deal, with the defender reportedly keen for the move too after getting limited playing minutes in England.

Pep Guardiola will be reluctant to let Cancelo go however, particularly after a month where City has struggled with injuries.

Iniesta in talks with Argentine club

Estudiantes president Juan Sebastian Veron confirmed talks have taken place with Vissel Kobe captain Andres Iniesta over a switch to the Argentine club.

Spanish great Iniesta has been linked to a reunion with former Barcelona team-mate Javier Mascherano at Estudiantes.

The 35-year-old Iniesta – contracted to Vissel until 2021 – has called Japan home since leaving La Liga giants Barca in 2018.

Miranchuk’s agent dismisses Man Utd rumours
Aleksei Miranchuk’s agent Vadim Shpinev has dismissed gossip linking his client with a move to Manchester United, with Sport-Express quoting him as saying: “I’m not going to comment on rumors and someone’s fantasies.”

Miranchuk, 24, was linked with United by Tuttomercatoweb. He has spent his entire career with Lokomotiv Moscow, making 207 appearances and scoring 33 goals.

A Russia international with 25 caps for his country, Miranchuk is in the midst of an excellent season in which he has racked up nine goals and four assists in all competitions. He has also been linked with a move to Serie A, with Juventus, Milan and Lazio all apparently in the frame.

Barca only want to loan out Todibo

Barcelona only want to loan out Jean-Clair Todibo in January, as opposed to selling him, reports Mundo Deportivo.

Todibo, 19, joined Barca from Toulouse last year but has only made five appearances for the Blaugrana since then. He has been linked with a permanent move to AC Milan and Bayer Leverkusen, among others, but it now seems that Barca are only willing to sanction a temporary departure.

Barca still consider Todibo one for the future, though at the very least they want to increase his sell-on value. There is interest from Germany, Italy, England and France, though Barca want him to play European football as a minimum requirement.

Man Utd youngsters could look to leave
Manchester United youngsters Angel Gomes and Tahith Chong are both open to leaving next year, according to The Telegraph.

Chong has attracted interest from Juventus while Gomes has been linked with Real Madrid and Barcelona, among others. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has championed their talent and losing them would be a source of frustration.

Hertha Berlin have entered into negotiations with Granit Xhaka after failing in their bid to sign Lyon midfielder Lucas Tousart, reports RMC Sport.

That has seen Hertha turn their full attention to Xhaka, with Jurgen Klinsmann determined to sign a midfielder in January. Xhaka has seemed likely to leave Arsenal ever since his bust-up with the fans in October, while he knows the Bundesliga well from his time with Borussia Monchengladbach.
