AdubianewsA truck crash at Koforidua Agavenya Last Stop on the night of Tuesday, July 23, left two people injured after the truck reportedly suffered brake failure.
Eyewitnesses recounted that the truck veered off the main road, struck a roadside Indomie vendor, and rammed into a nearby building, causing panic among residents in the area.
The crash resulted in injuries to both the food vendor and the truck driver, who were immediately rushed to the hospital for treatment.
Emergency responders, including the police and fire service, arrived at the scene quickly and helped manage the situation. Thankfully, no one was inside the room the truck crashed into at the time of the incident.
Authorities are currently investigating the circumstances leading to the accident and have issued a caution to drivers to ensure regular vehicle maintenance to prevent similar occurrences.
