Ashanti Regional chairman of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) has said that comedienne Afia Schwarzenegger has made impact in Ghana than professoor Naana Opoku Agyemang, the running mate of John Mahama.
Speaking on the Wontumi morning show, Chairman Wontumi noted that it would have been better if Mahama considered selceting Afia Schwarzenegger than selecting Naana Opoku Agyemang.
“Afia Schwarzenegger is better than Opoku-Agyemang. She is a better option than Mahama’s current running mate. She has had an impact in Ghana than Jane Opooku-Agyemang”, Chairman Wontumi said.
The flag bearer of the opposition National Democratic Congress, John Mahama selected his running mate, Naana Jane Opoku Agyemang on 6th July 2020 which has been welcomed with mix reactions.
