I still pay Strongman monthly although he’s left my label – Sarkodie

Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie surprised many fans with his generosity when he spoke up about how he pays musicians in an interview for the “Way Up With Angela Yee” podcast.

The rap veteran disclosed that he goes above and above to ensure that artists signed to his company receive excellent compensation, even continuing to compensate those who have departed.

Given the financial obligations the firm has made, Sarkodie spoke about the amazing 50/50 split contract his label has with musicians. When he made this news, his devoted fan base was both stunned and overwhelmed with admiration.

During the meeting, Sarkodie emphasised his commitment to treating musicians fairly and with respect, a unique position in the usually tense music industry. He underlined the value of compensating artists fairly for their labour and dedication to their craft.

Sarkodie asserted that he supports this theory since it is what he would have like to have occurred. He added that he did not have the luxury of a record label when he was just starting out as an artist.

Many people were taken aback by the rapper’s comments as a result of previous accusations made by one of his former signees, Strongman, who claimed that he had not made much money while working for SarkCess Music.
