AdubianewsEarlier today, the Ghana Police Service recovered the body of Professor Amedeke, a senior lecturer at the University of Education, Winneba (UEW), who had been reported missing by his family. The discovery was made at his residence in Gyahadze, a suburb of Winneba in the Central Region.
Following initial investigations, police found that Professor Amedeke had been secretly buried within his own home. His remains have since been exhumed and transferred to a medical facility for preservation and autopsy. The exact cause of death is yet to be determined.
One individual has been arrested in connection with the case and is currently assisting the police with their investigations. The circumstances surrounding the professor’s death remain unclear, and authorities have indicated that further updates will be provided as the investigation progresses.
