Ghana Police in Kumasi has confirmed the arrest of two Nigerians, one female, and a male, allegedly in possession of a large number of fake tickets.

The much-anticipated game between the Black Stars of Ghana and the Super Eagles of Nigeria will commence later in the afternoon and according to Sports journalist, Saddick Adams in a tweet yesterday, over 35,000 tickets have been sold with a little over 4,000 more to reach full capacity for today’s epic clash.

It is in this sense that some Nigerians have taken advantage of the opportunity to sell fake tickets at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.

But their luck was eluded as personnel of the Ghana Police service grabbed them in time to avoid many being duped by their sale of fak tickets.

This news was made known by sports journalist, Saddick Adams just some moments ago as the matchday nears its climax.
