Angel Asiamah speaks about Nana Agradaa’s apology wish from prison

Angel Asiamah, the husband of controversial Ghanaian evangelist and former fetish priestess Nana Agradaa, has made a surprising revelation regarding his wife’s reflections during her time in Nsawam Prison.

According to him, Agradaa, who is currently serving time, shared with him during a recent prison visit that if given just one minute to speak to the world, she would use it to apologize to three prominent political figures.

“I remember visiting my wife, Nana Agradaa, at the Nsawam Prison,” Angel Asiamah recounted. “I asked her what she would say to the world if she were given just a minute. She said she would use that moment to apologize to three individuals: first, President Mahama, followed by Vice President Professor Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang, and then Sammy Gyamfi.”

Though Asiamah did not elaborate on the specific reasons for her desire to apologize, the statement has stirred public curiosity given Agradaa’s past confrontations and controversial public image.

Nana Agradaa, born Patricia Asieduaa, gained notoriety as a spiritualist before converting to Christianity and founding her own church. Her transition from shrine to pulpit has been marked by both legal troubles and public controversy, including allegations of fraud.

The mention of President John Mahama, Vice President Prof. Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang, and NDC National Communications Officer Sammy Gyamfi in her list of apologies hints at past tensions that may have gone unresolved.

As the story continues to unfold, many will be watching to see whether Agradaa will get the opportunity to issue these public apologies herself, or if further clarification will come from her legal team or family.
